This shows that Roy Mabie was born on May 1st 1892, he was born in Passaic County New Jersey to a mother and father. They were Anna J. Magee, born 28 Oct 1865, and Thomas Mabie, born 20 Dec 1859. They later moved to Akron Ohio and was put into the Hard Rubber Industry. This was important because it tells us when he was born.

Roy Mabie was ranked a Private in 334th infantry and 84th division in the military. But we do not know if he saw any action.

Soldiers like Roy were in the 84th division in the military. They did a lot of training alongside him, and one of the skills they had to have was to be able to put on a gas mask in under six seconds.

Roy Mabie died October 5th, 1918 at age 26. The Military notified Anna J. Mabie (mother) about his death. 37 days before the war had ended. He had died 5 months after joining the war, and we are unsure if he saw any combat.
