This source doesn’t directly talk about our soldier but it talks about the diseases that spread during the war. And we also know that are soldier died from disease so maybe our soldier died from this disease.

his is an article of all the soldiers dead in 1919 and why they die. So our soldier is under died of disease and where he is from. Even though on his grave it says he was from washington on everything my partner and I researched it says he's from Finland. We so far have found that the only John Klockars living in the times his was from about 1900 to 1918 was from Finland. Also on the second newspaper it says foreign from Finland and that same town as the first newspaper Katanas-Narpes. So we now have a town we can look into.
It helps us understand how he died and also shows us that it means he immigrated. Which means back then their was a lot of immigrants that helped the Americans in World War I.
